{"id":2388,"date":"2018-05-22T18:00:48","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T14:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=2388"},"modified":"2018-08-31T09:50:27","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T05:50:27","slug":"cso-incubators-got-acquainted-with-the-monitoring-of-rural-green-economy-clean-energy-initiatives-and-the-issues-for-dissemination-in-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/2388.html","title":{"rendered":"CSO incubators got acquainted with the monitoring of rural green economy, clean energy initiatives, and the issues for dissemination in schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On 22 May, a course on &#8220;Monitoring of Rural Green Economy and Clean Energy Initiatives and the issues for dissemination in schools&#8221; was held within the framework of the EU-funded &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project in the scope of CSO Incubator in Kapan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At the beginning of the meeting, the participants of the Incubator introduced themselves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Further, Ms \u00a0Tamara Babayan, Expert on Sustainable Energy explained what energy efficiency is, how the state regulation of energy efficiency is organized, how the public processes are conducted, and other related issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to the expert, there are a number of problems in the field of public processes, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Limited ecological standards for goods and services.\u00a0Insufficient publicity, if any,<\/li>\n<li>The lack of coordinated experience sharing among local self-government bodies,<\/li>\n<li>Low awareness of ecologically clean products and services,<\/li>\n<li>The lack of political support,<\/li>\n<li>Limited information on product life cycle costs, as well as limited awareness on relative costs of ecologically clean products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">11 representatives of CSO incubators participated in the training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Civil society organizations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 22 May, a course on &#8220;Monitoring of Rural Green Economy and Clean Energy Initiatives and the issues for dissemination in schools&#8221; was held within the framework of the EU-funded &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project in the scope of CSO Incubator in Kapan.
