On 29 May, the Grant Committee of the EU funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project completed the evaluation of applications for the improvement of \u00a0public policies, advocacy and monitoring for CSO coalitions (networks) in 9 target areas within the framework of the Project.<\/p>\n
Overall 29 consortiums had submitted grant applications.\u00a0Nine presented projects were selected by the Grant Committee as winners of the competition.<\/p>\n
On May 30, an information-works seminar on implementation of sub-grant projects and reporting was held within the framework of the project.<\/p>\n
Mr. Artak Saribekyan,<\/strong> Deputy Project Manager of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project, Chairman of the\u00a0Grant Committee, <\/strong>made a welcoming speech.\u00a0He presented the priority obligations of the organisations in the upcoming months.<\/p>\n “BDO Armenia” CJSC will<\/strong>\u00a0carry out the verification of the financial statements of the sub-grantees and financial control.\u00a0“I would like all of us to work together in one way.\u00a0We need to pay great attention to financial documents starting from the moment of signing the contract,” Mr.<\/strong>\u00a0Samvel Danielyan,<\/strong>\u00a0representative of the company noted.\u00a0<\/strong>At the end of the project, all sub-grantee organisation will be audited by\u00a0\u201cGrant Thornton\u201d CJSC<\/strong>, representative of the company\u00a0\u00a0Ms Meline Harutyunyan<\/strong>\u00a0said.<\/p>\n Ms Susanne Soghomonyan<\/strong>,\u00a0Coordinator of the Government-Civil Society Dialogue\/Lawyer of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project,\u00a0\u00a0presented the project objectives and the requirement for the\u00a0 progress report of the projects.
