On\u00a015 June at 12:30,\u00a0<\/strong>Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project Manager, Mr. Khachik Gevorgyan, \u00a0Education and Related Sectors Coordinator of the project, Mr. Artak Saribekyan, Deputy Project Manager\/Grants Coordinator of the project and Mr. Tigran Danielyan, Expert lawyer of the project, will provide individual consultations on justice, human rights, public finance management, education and social spheres as well as other sectors that are not included in 9 target sectors of the Project to the representatives of CSOs participants of Gyumri CSOs’ Incubator.<\/p>\n

Civil society organizations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO\u057d\u055b capacity building and enhancing productivity.<\/p>\n

CSO incubators\u2019 mission is to provide professional and technical assistance to Armenian CSOs to develop their capacities in 9 target sectors and 4 thematic areas listed below:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Monitoring of Public Budgets and Policies;<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Development of proven policies;<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Creation and \/ or Development of Coalition,<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Constructive participation \/ dialogue with the government and local self-governance bodies in the process of public policy development.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The target areas of the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Public Finance Management<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Human Rights:\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
    3. Justice<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. Business<\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Education<\/em><\/li>\n
    6. Agriculture<\/em><\/li>\n
    7. Economy<\/em><\/li>\n
    8. Energy\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
    9. Social sphere.\u00a0social inclusion of children with disabilities\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      CSO incubators will be run in two stages in the following five cities:\u00a0Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Gavar and Kapan.\u00a0In each phase, 36 CSOs will be selected, who will be selected from the series of CSOs who completed their training organized by the American University of Armenia.\u00a0Upon completion of CSO incubators, a total of 33 grants will be provided on a competitive basis, envisaging 16-17 grants for each stage.<\/p>\n

      CSOs of Tavush Marz will have the opportunity to benefit from the Vanadzor incubator, Aragatsotn CSOs, Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor incubators, according to CSO locations, Vayots Dzor CSOs from the Yerevan Incubator.<\/p>\n
