{"id":2599,"date":"2018-06-18T17:00:02","date_gmt":"2018-06-18T13:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=2599"},"modified":"2018-08-31T11:40:48","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T07:40:48","slug":"peculiarities-of-social-inclusion-of-children-in-difficult-life-situations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/2599.html","title":{"rendered":"Peculiarities of Social Inclusion of Children in Difficult Life Situations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On\u00a0<strong>18 June 2018,\u00a0<\/strong>Ms Gayane Hovakimyan, Secretary of the Juvenile Justice Council of the RA Ministry of Justice, delivered a lecture on &#8220;Social Inclusion of Children in Difficult Life Situation,&#8221; for the representatives of civil society organisations participants of CSO incubators in the framework of the EU funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The specialist said that people often ask why social workers and special professionals are needed. &#8220;Currently the family is really vulnerable.\u00a0Now we do not have large families.\u00a0It was widely accepted in the past that the neighbour could take care of the baby in the yard, and now there is no such thing.\u00a0Everything is advancing to the situation when many services become extremely urgent for all family members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Now, we have a situation where parents have a problem with competition in the labour market, and their children are very self-motivated, and here&#8217;s where the risks and the way the child goes appear and the issue in which environment will the child appear and how it will be educated emerges.
