Monitoring the Quality and Transparency of Services provided by the Agency for Medical-Social Expertise of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Prospects of Sector reforms\u201d Project, which is implemented in the scope of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project was presented to the CSOs\u2019 Incubator Group in Gyumri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mr. Ara Melikjanyan, President of \u201cLOGOS\u201d Human Rights NGO, deliver the lecture.\u00a0He pointed out the goals, objectives, findings of the monitoring, the legal field and the results of monitoring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Report by Logos Human Rights NGO prepared in the framework of the same project was presented as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">the participants actively participated in the workshop and asked their questions regarding the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ara Melikjanyan talked about the procedures for submitting complaints against the actions or inaction of the medical-social expertise agency and the hot line 114.\u00a0The participants expressed their dissatisfaction with all operating hot lines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>The \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project<\/em>\u00a0is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a Consortium of civil society organisations, which are the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association (lead organisation), Agora Central Europe (NGO based in the Czech Republic), the Armenian Centre for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, the International Centre for Human Development, the SME Cooperation Association and the Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
