{"id":2676,"date":"2018-06-25T18:51:08","date_gmt":"2018-06-25T14:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=2676"},"modified":"2018-09-04T15:46:28","modified_gmt":"2018-09-04T11:46:28","slug":"budget-for-everyone-project-was-presented-to-the-representatives-of-kapan-civil-society-organisations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/2676.html","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Budget for Everyone&#8221; Project was presented to the Representatives of Goris Civil Society Organisations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On\u00a025 June,\u00a0Ms Nvard Khachatryan, member of the Founding Board of \u201cMeghri Women\u2019s Resource Center\u201d NGO presented the \u201cBudget for Everyone\u201d Project, which is implemented in the framework of Public Finance Subsector sub-grant component of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project to 28 representatives of Goris Civil Society Organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">She spoke about the creation of the \u201cWinnet Armenia\u201d Network of\u00a0Women Resource Centers, the CSOs involved in it and further presented the sub-grant program to be implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Nvard Khachatryan in her speech highlighted the role and activities of local NGOs in the sense that they have a better knowledge of the existing problems and their role to ensure the sustainability of the project and conduct monitoring after its accomplishment is really great.\u00a0According to her, the sub-project will be implemented in the new Armenia, and in all the regions of the project the latter will have local coordinators who will ensure continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The participants discussed the issue of the public discussion of the budget as well.
