{"id":2779,"date":"2018-07-06T17:16:45","date_gmt":"2018-07-06T13:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=2779"},"modified":"2018-08-31T14:16:34","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T10:16:34","slug":"csos-in-vanadzor-discuss-issues-on-improving-career-counseling-system-at-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/2779.html","title":{"rendered":"CSOs in Vanadzor discuss Issues on improving Career counseling System at Schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On\u00a06 July, Mr. Vigen Shirvanyan, Expert of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project partner \u201cArmenian Centre for Democratic Education-CIVITAS\u201d NGO, delivered a lecture on \u201c<em>Education: The need to improve, monitor and advocate a career counseling system at schools.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><em>He presented the theme and discussed the sectoral issues.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Further Mr. Vigen Shirvanyan and Coordinator\/Lawyer of the\u00a0ALA Vanadzor branch Mr. Artur Sukiasyan provided individual consultations to CSOs of Vanadzor Incubator, who are engaged in education, social, justice, human rights, public finance and also other issues that are beyond the scope of the 9 project target sectors<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>The \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a Consortium of civil society organizations, which are \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d, Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, \u201cInternational Center for Human Development\u201d Public Organization, SME Cooperation Association and Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The overall objective of the project is to enhance the influence of CSOs on the public policy process, and the specific objectives are to strengthen the ability of CSOs to build coalitions and focus on constructive and strategic policy engagement with local and central government partners.
