On July 11, the regular presentation of Monitoring Report of the “Budget for Everyone” Project, organized by the \u201cWinnet Armenia\u201d Network of\u00a0Women Resource Centers took place in the E-Library of Kapan Cultural House<\/p>\n
Representatives of the Kapan community council, the council of elders, governor’s office, CSOs operating in the marz took attended the event.<\/p>\n
Ms Nvard Khachatryan, member of the Founding Board of \u201cMeghri Women\u2019s Resource Center\u201d NGO spoke about the creation of the \u201cWinnet Armenia\u201d Network of\u00a0Women Resource Centers, the CSOs involved in it and further presented the sub-grant program to be implemented.<\/p>\n
She attached importance to the role and activities of local NGOs in the sense that they have better knowledge of the existing problems and are committed to continuing monitoring after the end of the project.\u00a0Nvard Khachatryan also mentioned the details of the program, the courses to be organized within that framework, the guideline on the simplified budget, and making it more accessible and understandable for the public.\u00a0There was a discussion related to the last issue since the participants expressed an opinion that even after being simplified, it would still remain unclear for many.\u00a0In response to this question it was mentioned that the program will involve experts in the field who will ensure the proper and targeted implementation of the planned functions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
