To contribute to the improvement of vocational education and training (VET) and employment policies in Armenia, ensuring the proper participation of CSO coalitions and enhancing the role of social partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Special Objective <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>1.<\/em><\/strong> To improve the relevance of VET supply and labor market demand in Sisian and Goris enlarged communities in Syunik region, as well as, to increase the effectiveness of career consultancy \u00a0through the creation and launch of a new model of social partnership at CSO coalitions at the community level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Special Objective <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>2.<\/em><\/strong> To contribute to the strengthening of VET and labour market communication, the formation of the public policy and dialogue to improve career consultancy at community, regional and national levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Project <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>T<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>arget <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>G<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>roups<\/em><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> 3 VET institutions in Goris and Sisian enlarged communities (305 students from 2 VET institutions of Goris community, 193 students from 1 VET institution of Sisian), secondary schools (906 students from 8<sup>th<\/sup> \u00a0to 12<sup>th<\/sup> \u00a0grades of 15 secondary schools of Goris community, 1375 students from 8<sup>th<\/sup> to 12<sup>th<\/sup> \u00a0grade from 31 Sisian secondary schools), LGs, business units, Territorial Eemployment Centers and CSOs operating in the field of education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Project Beneficiaries<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Goris (29.394 people), Sisian (30.000 people) enlarged community residents and CSOs of RA operating in the field of education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Project Location &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>Syunik Marz, Sisian Enlarged Community (29 rural, 1 urban settlement), Goris enlarged community (9 rural, 1 urban settlement)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>Project expected results<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Result<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> 1.1.<\/em><\/strong> The Social Partnership Project Model is developed and coordinated with key actors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Result<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> 1.2<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em> The Social Partnership Project Model is institutionalized and implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Result <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>2.1<\/em><\/strong> The Partnership for Education Progress Network has expanded to include CSOs active in the field of education, promoting the role of CSOs in education as key actors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>Result<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> 2.2<\/em><\/strong> A package of proposals has been developed for improving public policy aimed at improving the VET communication and career consultancy system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The project is aimed at building a sustainable dialogue between the Government, Local Government and regional authorities on the Partnership for Education Progress Network and elaborating a well-grounded public policy aimed at combining the efforts of the CSO sector in education and promoting participation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Public advocacy for improving VET and labor market communication, career-related consultancy, as well as monitoring of implementation of policies will be implemented by the enhanced network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Second Project &#8211;\u00a0\u201cStrengthening the Capacities of the Armenian Educational Network\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Implementing organization: &#8220;Social Partnership and Education. Community Perspectives for Youth&#8221;\u00a0project consortium member organizations<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Project implementation location: RA, Syunik marz, Goris, Sisian Communities, Yerevan city<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Project duration: January June, 2019<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Project Amount: 8,447,400 AMD Requested: 7,600,000 AMD Contribution: 847,400 AMD<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">The main purpose and specific goals of the project:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">MP: Promote the strengthening and enhancement of the Armenian Educational Network in the\u00a0education sector through the development of the network&#8217;s internal, external and sectoral\u00a0capacities.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SG 1: Improve the internal capacity of the Armenian education network through the\u00a0development and implementation of network management procedures and procedures.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SG 2: Improve the external capacities of the Armenian Educational Network, the\u00a0strengthening communication between VET and Labor Market, public policy and dialogue\u00a0aimed at improving the career counseling system at local, regional and national levels.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SG 3: Contribute to the development of Armenian Educational Network&#8217;s sectoral capacity\u00a0in education, legislation, strategic development and reform programs.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Project Target Groups: RA Ministry of Education and Science, RA State Education\u00a0Inspectorate, RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development, regional\u00a0administrations, local self-governing bodies, mass media, international sector\u00a0organizations.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">Project Beneficiaries: Members of the Armenian Educational Network and their\u00a0Beneficiaries<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Expected Results<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">1.
