Secondary target: all other active communities\/signatories, pending local resource access. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Duration: 12 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Second Project\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u201cStrengthening the Capacities of the Coalition of CSOs for Sustainable and Transparent Energy Development\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Main goal: To strengthen the\u00a0capacities of the Coalition of CSOs for Sustainable and Transparent Energy Development established within the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project and institutionalisation of the coalition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The specific objectives (SO) of the project are:\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SO 1 <strong>\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0creation of a secretariat for the CSO coalition;\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SO 2 <strong>\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0capacity building of the governing bodies of the CSO coalition;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">SO 3 <strong>\u2013<\/strong>\u00a0formation of state-CSO sustainable sectoral dialogue through the CSO coalition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The establishment of the CSO coalition in the field of sustainable energy gave an opportunity to reveal the real state of capacities of the CSOs of the sector.
