{"id":3402,"date":"2018-09-13T21:49:18","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T17:49:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3402"},"modified":"2018-09-26T12:50:56","modified_gmt":"2018-09-26T08:50:56","slug":"5-participants-of-the-yerevan-and-gyumri-cso-incubators-received-personal-advice-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3402.html","title":{"rendered":"5 Participants of the Yerevan and Gyumri CSO Incubators Received Personal Advice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 13 September 2018, Marat Atovmyan, the Mentors Group Coordinator\/Justice Sector Mentor of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union held personal advice sessions on CSOs&#8217; public policy monitoring and improvement plans with 5 participant CSOs of the Yerevan and Gyumri CSO incubators.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">During the working meetings Mr. Atovmyan spoke about the\u00a0sub-grants allocated to incubator CSOs through competition were discussed, in addition to the development of public policy monitoring and improvement plans by the participants\u2019 organisations, as well as the preparation of a brief executive summary of a sub-grant project on a single public policy included in their plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">During the personal advice sessions Atovmyan mentioned how an organisation\u2019s public policy monitoring and improvement plan should be prepared, how problematic public policies should be presented in a more targeted manner. All the questions raised by NGO representatives were answered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"yj6qo ajU\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong><em>The \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a Consortium of civil society organisations, which are the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association (lead organisation), Agora Central Europe (NGO based in the Czech Republic), the Armenian Centre for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, the International Centre for Human Development, the SME Cooperation Association and the Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The project aims to enhance the influence of civil society organisations (CSOs) and CSO coalitions\/networks on public policies in Armenia.
