This is a sub-grant project of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Discussions were held by the International Center for Human Development in the Town Hall Meeting format.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Please note that, prior to the discussion, information had been received from the Meghri and Goris community administrations on the projects planned for 2019 and funded or co-funded from the community budget.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Based on the above-mentioned projects, scenarios were developed.
