{"id":3616,"date":"2018-10-26T18:28:45","date_gmt":"2018-10-26T14:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3616"},"modified":"2019-03-20T11:26:22","modified_gmt":"2019-03-20T07:26:22","slug":"discussion-on-the-business-ombudsman-draft-law-with-participants-from-civil-society","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3616.html","title":{"rendered":"Discussion on the Business Ombudsman Draft Law with Participants from Civil Society"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">In the scope of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union, on 26 October, a seminar-discussion entitled &#8220;Discussion of the Business Ombudsman Draft Law, Accessibility of Financial Resources in the Sectors of SME and Agriculture&#8221; was held in Kapan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Civil society organisations from the Syunik Region, including the participants from the Kapan CSO incubator, attended the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tigran Gasparyan, the Business and Related Sectors Coordinator of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project, delivered a seminar-lecture on the Business Ombudsman draft law, ombudsman&#8217;s powers, the complaints that are to be discussed by the ombudsman, as well as the expected results.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Agricultural and credit advisers Anzhela Alexanyan and Artem Mkrtumov presented the advantages of credit resources in the agricultural sector.
