{"id":3620,"date":"2018-10-29T19:17:48","date_gmt":"2018-10-29T15:17:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3620"},"modified":"2018-10-31T15:54:43","modified_gmt":"2018-10-31T11:54:43","slug":"the-last-training-for-the-participants-of-the-yerevan-cso-incubator-took-place","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3620.html","title":{"rendered":"The Last Training for the Participants of the Yerevan CSO Incubator took place"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 29 October 2018, a seminar on the topic of &#8220;Public Budget and Policy Monitoring, Evidence-Based Public Policy\u00a0Development, Coalition Building, CSO-Government Dialogue&#8221; was held in the Yerevan CSO incubator operated in the scope of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">This was the last training for the participants of the Yerevan CSO incubator.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The training was conducted by project mentors&#8217; group coordinator\/justice sector mentor Marat Atovmyan. He presented and discussed with participants a number of issues related to development of evidence-based public policies, including work with local government aimed at efficient dialogue, so that the issues raised would become subject of discussion and solutions were found.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Afterwards, Project International Expert Carl Ulbricht gave advice to the CSOs of the Yerevan Incubator on the preparation of their grant proposals.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The\u00a0<strong>\u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a consortium of civil society organizations, which are the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO, Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), the \u201cArmenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS\u201d NGO, the \u201cInternational Center for Human Development\u201d Public Organization, the \u201cSME Cooperation Association\u201d NGO and the Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The overall objective of the project is to enhance the influence of CSOs and their coalitions (networks) on the public policy process.
