{"id":3673,"date":"2018-10-19T18:08:51","date_gmt":"2018-10-19T14:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3673"},"modified":"2018-12-06T14:52:16","modified_gmt":"2018-12-06T10:52:16","slug":"another-training-was-held-for-goris-civil-society-organisations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3673.html","title":{"rendered":"Another Training Was Held for Goris Civil Society Organisations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 19 October 2018, a seminar entitled \u201cPublic Budget and Policy Monitoring, Development of Evidence-Based Public Policies, Coalition Building, CSO-Government Dialogue\u201d was held at the office of the &#8220;Goris Women&#8217;s Resource Centre&#8221; non-governmental organisation for the Kapan CSO Incubator operated in the scope of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The training was conducted by project mentors\u2019 group coordinator\/justice sector mentor Marat Atovmyan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">After the end of the lecture, project international expert Carl Ulbricht presented to the incubator member CSOs the public policy monitoring and improvement (development, revision and advocacy) sub-grant call.
