{"id":3727,"date":"2018-10-23T18:38:05","date_gmt":"2018-10-23T14:38:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3727"},"modified":"2018-12-06T11:33:21","modified_gmt":"2018-12-06T07:33:21","slug":"discussion-on-public-budget-and-policy-monitoring-policy-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3727.html","title":{"rendered":"Discussion on Public Budget and Policy Monitoring, Policy Development"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 23 October 2018, a seminar entitled \u201cPublic Budget and Policy Monitoring, Development of Evidence-Based Public Policies, Coalition Building, CSO-Government Dialogue\u201d was held at the Vanadzor CSO Incubator operated in the scope of the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The training was conducted by project mentors\u2019 group coordinator\/justice sector mentor Marat Atovmyan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The tests designed to develop CSOs&#8217; capacities in 4 areas, as well as some disputable questions included there were discussed with CSO representatives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">After the end of the lecture, project international expert Carl Ulbricht presented to the incubator member CSOs the public policy monitoring and improvement (development, revision and advocacy) sub-grant call.
