The topic of the discussion is: &#8220;Issues Related to the Inclusiveness of the Inter-Organisational Culture of Organisations Inside Communities and Having a Policy in That Regard.&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Inclusiveness expert Lilia Khachatryan conducted this discussion organised by the &#8220;Armenian Center\u00a0for Democratic Education-CIVITAS&#8221; non-governmental organisation. CSO representatives and teachers from a number of schools in Vanadzor attended the meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Lilia Khachatryan spoke about inclusiveness, particularly creating inclusive environment in any place. She also presented the international experience of the sector and the strategy chosen correctly by well-known organisations.
