The main issues are: to raise public awareness on the results of the monitoring of the budgets of 3 regional and 6 local authorities and to develop the capacities of the National Platform for the Persons with Disabilities based on the implementation of the protection of human rights on national, regional and local level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Monitoring of budgets of 3 regional administrations and 6 urban communities will be implemented in terms of corruption risks and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The National Platform of Persons with Disabilities will participate in the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The results of the monitoring will be carried out through graphic digital posters and short video clips on information campaigns among Armenian citizens using social networks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Through involving the Platform and using the results of the budget analysis, a package of proposals for an effective and sustainable financing model for the protection of children with disabilities at the Community level will be developed.
