The main purpose and specific goals of the project:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

MP: <\/strong>To promote budget planning, spending and accountability processes in Syunik region secondary education institutions (hereinafter SEI), through monitoring and advocacy.<\/p>\n

SG1. <\/strong>Through the monitoring implementation Identify the accountability and transparency issues in spheres of SEIs’ operations on annual budget planning, spending and accountability processes.<\/p>\n

SG2<\/strong>\u2024<\/strong> Facilitate the improvement of the SEI budgetary policy by advocating the implementation of new methodology of human resources recruitment.<\/p>\n

Project Target Groups<\/em><\/strong>: The representatives of 15 SEIs’, school, pedagogical, parental, student councils and CSOs od Kapan. Goris and Sisian communities.<\/p>\n

Project Beneficiaries: \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>6580\u00a0 parents, 6580\u00a0 students,\u00a0 480 teachers.<\/p>\n

Expeted Results<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The issues and obstacles in the Syunik marz SEIs’ annual budget planning, spending and accountability processes have been revealed.<\/li>\n
