funding requested from the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d project &#8211; 5,000,000 AMD; Applicant\u2019s Contribution &#8211; 500,000 AMD<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>The main purpose and specific goals of the project:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>MP: <\/strong>To contribute to the improvement of scholarships and financial support policies in Higher Education Institutions of the RA Syunik region through public monitoring and advocacy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>SG1:<\/strong> Identify current issues and corruption risks in scholarships and financial support policies in higher education institutions of Syunik marz by conducting participatory monitoring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>SG2<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Contribute to the improvement of scholarships and financial support policies by promoting the implementation of new procedures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Project Target Groups<\/em><\/strong>: The Governing Councils and lecturers of 3 higher educational institutions in Goris, Sisian, Kapan Communities: Goris State University\/GSU, Sisian branch of &#8221;Armenian National Agrarian University&#8221; Foundation and Kapan branch of &#8220;National Polytechnic University of Armenia&#8221; Foundation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>Project Beneficiaries:\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>1274 students of Goris State University, 180 students of Sisian branch of &#8221;Armenian National Agrarian University&#8221;
