{"id":3998,"date":"2019-01-18T22:36:03","date_gmt":"2019-01-18T18:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=3998"},"modified":"2019-01-23T14:37:24","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T10:37:24","slug":"the-access-to-higher-education-project-was-launched-in-kapan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/3998.html","title":{"rendered":"The &#8220;Access to Higher Education&#8221; Project Was Launched in Kapan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 17 January 2019, the launch meeting of the &#8220;Access to Higher Education&#8221; project took place in Kapan branch of the &#8220;National Polytechnic University of Armenia&#8221; Foundation, Kapan Branch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">The &#8220;Access to Higher Education&#8221; project is implemented by the &#8220;Partnership and Teaching&#8221; NGO in the scope of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">The project objective is to contribute to the improvement of scholarship and financial support policy in the higher education institutions of the Syunik Region through public monitoring and advocacy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">Artur Kostandyan, the Director of the\u00a0&#8220;National Polytechnic University of Armenia&#8221; Foundation, Kapan Branch, professors, students from the university and CSO representatives participated in the project\u00a0 presentation meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">Mr Kostandyan said hi to the meeting participants. Attaching importance to the project idea and the need for it, expressed willingness to cooperate with\u00a0 the &#8220;Partnership and Teaching&#8221; NGO and called on the students and professors to actively participate in the project.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">A. Torozyan, the Executive Director of the &#8220;Partnership and Teaching&#8221; NGO, also greeted the meeting participants and thanked Mr. Kostandyan for supporting the project idea and his willingness to cooperate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">Project Manager Anna Danielyan presented the project goals and planned activities.
