On 30 November 2018, a coalition memorandum was signed on joining the\u00a0“Winnet Armenia” Network of Women Resource Centers in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n

The memorandum was signed by the Women’s Development “Resource Center” Foundation, “Meghri Women’s Resource Center” NGO, “Kapan Women’s Resource Center” NGO, “Sisian Women’s Resource Center” Foundation, “Ijevan Women’s Resource Center” Foundation, “Spitak Helsinki Group” Human Rights NGO, “Association of Women of the Ashtarak Region” NGO, “Rays of Future” NGO and representatives of women’s initiative groups of Vanadzor and Noyemberyan.<\/p>\n
