Representatives from Tavush Marz LSGs, CSOs, communities and regional administrations participated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news_inner_text\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The discussion was held in the scope of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Expert Artak Yergenyan presented at the discussion organised in Dilijan the necessity of drafting prospective community development master plans and efficiency evaluation approaches.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Over 25 representatives of LSGs and CSOs discussed whether our society had already grown enough to understand the necessity of master plans. One of the opinions voiced was about being too late in this. Another question discussed was the party that initiated this process.
