The forum was organised by the Armenian Lawyers&#8217; Association in cooperation with\u00a0the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The main objective of the forum was discussion of the trade unions\u2019 activities, revealing problems in this area and outlining prospects of trade unions\u2019 development through dialogue.\u00a0Among the objectives of the forum was the discussion of expediency of implementing reforms in labor relations with the full, comprehensive, mutual protection of workers and employers&#8217; rights, with the involvement of responsible persons of different sectors of the society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The results of the forum were summarized and based on them, the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association elaborated the <strong>Summary-Suggestions\u00a0<\/strong><strong>of the <\/strong><strong>Government-Civil Society Organisations Dialogue Forum\u00a0on the \u201c<\/strong><strong>Current State and Development Prospects of Trade Unions.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Summary-suggestions are available <a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/02\/Summary-of-Recommendations-for-Trade-Unions-Conference-25022019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On\u00a031 July 2018, the Government-Civil Society Organisations Dialogue forum entitled\u00a0\u201cCurrent State and Development Prospects of Trade Unions\u201d\u00a0was held within the framework of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project.
