Gayane is the Project Manager of the project entitled &#8220;We Are Full Members&#8221; and operated by the consortium of the &#8220;Argina&#8221; Cultural NGO and &#8220;Inter-Community Cooperation for the Development of Rural Communities&#8221; NGO.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_attr\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Valeri Jaghinyan is also the secretary of the regional commission dealing with issues of disabled persons.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_attr\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_attr\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8220;We Are Full Members&#8221; Project Manager Gayane Balayan presented to Valeri Jaghinyan the main goal of the project.
