{"id":5179,"date":"2019-05-13T16:46:50","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T12:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=5179"},"modified":"2019-05-14T16:00:43","modified_gmt":"2019-05-14T12:00:43","slug":"what-has-been-and-will-be-done-in-the-scope-of-the-governance-efficiency-study-in-17-enlarged-communities-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/5179.html","title":{"rendered":"What has been and will be done in the Scope of the \u201cGovernance Efficiency Study in 17 Enlarged Communities&#8221; Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">On 10 May 2019, a press conference was organised at the Media Dialogue Centre in Gyumri in the scope of\u00a0the \u201cGovernance Efficiency Study in 17 Enlarged Communities&#8221; sub-grant project financed by the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project funded by the European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The project is implemented by the\u00a0\u201cHuman Capital Development Regional Centre\u201d NGO.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Leaders of the Akhuryan, Azatan and Marmarashen communities, CSO representatives, mass media representatives, 17 participants in total, participated in the meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">President of the \u201cHuman Capital Development Regional Centre\u201d NGO, Project Manager Melsida Kikoyan offered opening remarks, presented the project, the work to be carried out within the project and the expected results, noting that in 2015-17 465 communities have been enlarged and 52 communities have been formed due to the administrative reforms implemented in the RA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">450 communities have not been included in the process yet. It amounts to almost half of the communities\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">(915)<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">that had existed before the launch of reforms. The administrative reforms have been partially carried out in the RA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">There are many studies on the 1st and 2nd stages of community enlargement.
