{"id":5532,"date":"2019-06-25T18:45:13","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T14:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=5532"},"modified":"2019-06-26T20:23:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T16:23:00","slug":"sisian-womens-resource-center-foundation-and-sisian-municipality-sign-bilateral-memorandum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/5532.html","title":{"rendered":"\u201cSisian Women\u2019s Resource Center\u201d Foundation and Sisian municipality sign Bilateral Memorandum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On 25 June, \u201cSisian Women\u2019s Resource Center\u201d Foundation presented the results of \u201cCommunity Development Program, Realistic\u201d Sub-Grant project implemented within the framework of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Active residents of Sisian community, representatives of CSOs, representatives of Sisian municipality attended the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ms. Hasmik Aghayan, \u201cCommunity Development Program, Realistic\u201d Project Manager, thanked the participants of the meeting for the support and co-operation in realization of the project idea and participation in the event.\u00a0She summarized the results of the project and the results achieved and the fact that the main objective of the project was to contribute to the realizing of the 5-year Sisian community development program by the public.\u00a0The project manager mentioned that within the framework of the &#8220;Community Development Program, Realistic&#8221; sub-grant project, Sisian Women&#8217;s Resource Center and Sisian Municipality signed a bilateral memorandum, through which a package of proposals was submitted to the Sisian municipality,\u00a0which will be taken into consideration during the public discussion of the 2019 Community Development Five-Year Plan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ms Lilit Harutyunyan, representative of Sisian municipality, made a welcoming speech and thanked the Sisian Women&#8217;s Resource Center for the effective implementation of the \u201cCommunity Development Program, Realistic\u201d Sub-Grant project in Sisian community within the framework of the sub-grant provided by the EU funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project.\u00a0She also presented the priorities of the Sisian community administration in 2019 and the issues to be solved, in particular,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Irrigation Problems,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Improvement of the City Park,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Sisian Community Enlightenment Issues,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Purchase of agricultural technique,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Asphalting,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Roof Improvement Issues<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Vach\u00e9 Baghdasaryan, Lawyer at the Kapan office of the Syunik regional branch of &#8220;Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association&#8221; NGO, presented the \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project launched by the European Union and implemented by the Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association NGO through a consortium of organisations.\u00a0He thanked the Sisian Women&#8217;s Resource Center and the Sisian community for the achievements in the scope of the implemented project, as well as for effective and constructive dialogue within the framework of the &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Further, Ms Christine Baghdasaryan, the President of Sisian Women&#8217;s Resource Center, presented the current programs and activities of the Foundation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 25 June, \u201cSisian Women\u2019s Resource Center\u201d Foundation presented the results of \u201cCommunity Development Program, Realistic\u201d Sub-Grant project implemented within the framework of the EU-funded \u201cCommitment to Constructive Dialogue\u201d Project.
