A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/%D5%84%D4%BB%D5%84%D5%80-%D4%B6%D5%A5%D5%AF%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B5%D6%81-%D4%B1%D4%BB.pdf\">report<\/a> including evidence based recommendations was developed as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The objective of the project was to examine the conformity of the rights and working conditions of the network trade stores to existing local and international legislation.\u00a0The program was implemented in the period from 1 January, 2019 to 30 June, 2019.\u00a0Eight network shopping centers in Yerevan, four food and four clothing stores were selected for the study.\u00a0The selection was made according to the number of employees and the network distribution of the shops (more than one similar shop).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/%D5%84%D4%BB%D5%84%D5%80-%D4%B6%D5%A5%D5%AF%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B5%D6%81-%D4%B1%D4%BB.pdf\">Rights of Employees involved in Networking in Armenia Report<\/a> (available in Armenian language)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A sociological survey and analysis of working conditions of network supermarkets and clothing stores staff were carried out within the framework of the project \u201cMonitoring of the Workers\u2019 Rights\u201d.
