The project is implemented within the framework of the EU funded &#8220;Commitment to Constructive dialogue&#8221; Project implemented by a consortium of civil society organizations, which are the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO, Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), the \u201cArmenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS\u201d NGO, the \u201cInternational Center for Human Development\u201d Public Organization, the \u201cSME Cooperation Association\u201d NGO and the Union of Communities of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The objective of the monitoring is to study the small and medium business sector of Shirak marz, identify the obstacles and problems of business activity. The study was conducted using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. In the quantitative part, data were collected from interviewers by filling out questionnaires and analyzed within the framework of the quantitative research tradition.
