{"id":6141,"date":"2019-09-11T16:04:15","date_gmt":"2019-09-11T12:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=6141"},"modified":"2019-09-20T09:16:38","modified_gmt":"2019-09-20T05:16:38","slug":"recommendations-on-the-draft-law-on-amendments-and-additions-to-the-ra-law-on-ngos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/6141.html","title":{"rendered":"Recommendations on the \u201cDraft Law on Amendments and Additions to the RA Law on NGOs\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On 30 August, 2019, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia published on the <a href=\"http:\/\/e-draft.am\/\">e-draft.am<\/a>\u00a0unified website for publication of legal acts\u2019 drafts, the \u201cDraft Law on Amendments and Additions to the RA Law on NGOs\u201d for public discussions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The draft law, submitted to the public discussion by the SRC, mainly\u00a0incorporated the recommendations discussed\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/13374.html\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/13374.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1568310987278000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFsHB-twcovmVMsyUxP2RrqIS5nWw\">regular session of the<\/a>\u00a0SRC-CSO Working Group on 17 June, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We would like to inform that at the meeting, the members of the working group discussed the \u201cDraft Law on Amendments and Additions to the RA Law on NGOs\u201d that was elaborated by the \u201cArmenian Lawyers\u2019 Association\u201d NGO and was approved by the majority of the working group members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association has elaborated new proposals based on its recommendation that were not implemented in the Draft Law and posted\u00a0\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/e-draft.am\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/e-draft.am&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1568310987278000&amp;usg=AFQjCNEz3ZF9guBxXGxXbqMGegVcQSOGCw\">e-draft.am<\/a>, which can be found\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/%D4%B1%D5%BC%D5%A1%D5%BB%D5%A1%D6%80%D5%AF-%D5%B6%D5%A5%D6%80-%D5%80%D4%BF-%D5%B6%D5%A5%D6%80%D5%AB-%D5%AC%D6%80%D5%A1%D5%B4%D5%B7%D5%A1%D5%AF%D5%BE%D5%A1%D5%AE-%D6%85%D6%80%D5%A5%D5%B6%D6%84%D5%AB-%D5%BE%D5%A5%D6%80%D5%A1%D5%A2%D5%A5%D6%80%D5%B5%D5%A1%D5%AC.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It is also worth mentioning that the SRC-CSO Working Group was established by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/0_Hraman_93-A_2019.pdf\">Order No. 93-A<\/a>\u00a0of 14 February, 2019,\u00a0and the draft law submitted to the public discussion is the one obtained during the work of that working group.\u00a0The working group was set up under the auspices of the European Union-funded &#8220;Commitment to Constructive Dialogue&#8221; project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 30 August, 2019, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia published on the e-draft.am\u00a0unified website for publication of legal acts\u2019 drafts, the \u201cDraft Law on Amendments and Additions to the RA Law on NGOs\u201d for public discussions.
