{"id":7005,"date":"2024-03-04T20:59:56","date_gmt":"2024-03-04T16:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/?p=7005"},"modified":"2024-03-07T10:47:41","modified_gmt":"2024-03-07T06:47:41","slug":"free-legal-assistance-to-forcibly-displaced-persons-from-nagorno-karabakh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccd.armla.am\/en\/7005.html","title":{"rendered":"Free Legal Assistance to Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association provides free legal assistance to forcibly displaced persons (FDPs) from Nagorno Karabakh within the framework of the \u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Legal assistance includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Documenting the problems of forcibly displaced people (FDPs) from Nagorno Karabakh,<\/li>\n<li>Providing free legal assistance to forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh and are considered vulnerable (socially insecure, unemployed, disabled, student, woman, and etc.) for solving issues with state and local self-government bodies, online, on-site visits and in office.<\/li>\n<li>Protection of the rights of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh and representation of interests in RA state bodies,<\/li>\n<li>Providing legal advice to NGOs dealing with the protection of the rights of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>For legal assistance, please call the following phone number: +374 10 540199 or write to the following e-mail address:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@armla.am\"><strong>info@armla.am<\/strong><\/a><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u201cStrengthening of Rights Protection Mechanisms of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Nagorno Karabakh\u201d Project is implemented by the <\/em><em>&#8220;Armenian Lawyers\u2019 Association&#8221; NGO in cooperation with partner &#8220;Harmony\u201d Shushi Women NGO in the framework of the <\/em><em>\u201cJustice Reforms Monitoring in <\/em><em>Armenia\u201d Program implemented with the financial support of the European Union. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the integration of FDPs from NK into their new communities of residence in Armenia, enhancing access to justice and raising the level of legal awareness by strengthening their rights protection mechanisms,\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This publication was prepared with the financial support of the European Union.
