On 17 December, the Armenian Young Women’s Association organized a New Year Charity Fair at the Artists’ Union Hall.
The EU funded 5 projects also participated in the charity fair this year: The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project implemented by the Armenian Lawyers’ Association; Project the “First Inclusive and Barrier-Free Bakery and Coffee Shop in Gyumri”, implemented by “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO with financial support of its partner Caritas Austria; “Bridge for CSOs” Project implemented by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU); “STRONG CSOs for Stronger Armenia” Project; and “Restoring living conditions in Armenia” Project implemented by Habitat for Humanity Armenia.
Handmade items, Christmas gifts, toys, decorations, cosmetics, clay, ceramics and wood works, local herbal teas, etc., were presented at the fair, which last till 19:00.
The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project, which is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by the “Armenian Lawyers’ Association” NGO in cooperation with its partners; Agora Central Europe o.p.s (an NGO from the Czech Republic), Armenian Center for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, “International Center for Human Development” Public Organization, SME Cooperation Association and Union of Communities of Armenia.
