The “Social Sector: Results of Monitoring the Quality and Transparency of Services provided by the Agency for Medical-Social Expertise of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Prospects of Sector reforms” Project, which is implemented in the scope of the EU-funded “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project was presented to the CSOs’ Incubator Group in Gyumri.
Mr. Ara Melikjanyan, President of “LOGOS” Human Rights NGO, deliver the lecture. He pointed out the goals, objectives, findings of the monitoring, the legal field and the results of monitoring.

Ara Melikjanyan talked about the procedures for submitting complaints against the actions or inaction of the medical-social expertise agency and the hot line 114. The participants expressed their dissatisfaction with all operating hot lines.
Civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.
The “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union by a Consortium of civil society organisations, which are the Armenian Lawyers’ Association (lead organisation), Agora Central Europe (NGO based in the Czech Republic), the Armenian Centre for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, the International Centre for Human Development, the SME Cooperation Association and the Union of Communities of Armenia.
