On 9 July, Mr. Carl Ulbricht, the International Expert of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project, delivered a lecture on “EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), sectors, structures, civil society participation, as well as the fundraising by CSOs from the European Union” for the representatives of the civil society participants of CSO Incubator in Gyumri.
Mr. Ulbricht presented the objectives of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), its common principles, key areas, general and final provisions.
Civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.
