On 16 August 2018, a working meeting with the CSO representatives of the “Winnet Armenia” Network of Women Resource Centers was held at the central office of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association. This network is implementing the “Budget for Everyone” project in the scope of the sub-grant allocated by the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.
The goal of the meeting was to discuss the implementation process, successes, and challenges of the sub-grant project.
President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association Karen Zadoyan, the respective project specialists and representatives from the “Goris Women’s Development Resource Center” Foundation, “Meghri Women’s Resource Center” NGO, “Kapan Women’s Resource Center” NGO, “Sisian Women’s Resource Center” Foundation, “Yeghegnadzor Women’s Resource Center” Foundation, Ijevan Women’s Resource Center Foundation were present at the meeting.
During the meeting, the goals of the “Budget for Everyone” project were discussed. The members of the “Winnet Armenia” Network of Women Resource Centers presented the course of project activities. Afterwards, the possible actions and approaches for the higher efficiency of the project, as well as ALA’s possible support in this, were discussed in general manner.
All the participants expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and the discussion, regarding them as useful and efficient.
