On 25 September 2018, Tigran Gasparyn, the Executive Director of the “SME Cooperation Association” NGO, gave personal advice to the 3 Gegharkunik CSO Incubator representatives working in the sectors of business and agriculture in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.
The CSO incubator representatives of Gavar presented their public policy monitoring and improvement plans and shared their concerns.
Tigran Gasparyan mentioned the important circumstances that must be taken into account during project implementation, especially attaching importance to both the political realities and the legislative changes in the country. At the end of the personal advice session, all-time cooperation communication aimed at reaching real results in the sector was emphasised.
The civil society organisations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing productivity.
