On 16 October 2018, in the scope of the civil society organisations’ (CSOs) incubators operated in the frames of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union a seminar was held in Gyumri on the topic of “Public Budget and Policy Monitoring, Development of Evidence-Based Public Policies, Coalition Building, CSO-Government Dialogue.”
The training was conducted by Marat Atovmyan.
The participants discussed a number of questions related to development of evidence-based public policies, including work with local government aimed at efficient dialogue, making the issues raised subject of discussion and generating solutions.
In addition, Carl Ulbricht, the International Expert of the Project, gave personal advice to Gyumri Incubator CSOs on preparation of grant proposals.
