Implementation of the project will contribute to the solution of two key issues.

  1. Community Support Center staff will be offered a targeted service delivery tool to respond to the issues of people with disabilities and thus raising the quality of service for children with disabilities. Finally, the needs of Community Support Centers in the targeted communities will be mapped and proposed to provide child-centered and needs targeted services, based on making the social inclusion of children with disabilities and services provided to them more effective.

Within the framework of the project, effective and close cooperation will be established between state structures for social inclusion, CSO involved in the issues of Children with Disabilities, community support centers and other interested parties as a result of various activities and events, roundtable meetings, expert discussions in different formats, etc.

Analysis of the sectoral main legal acts on inclusive education will be undertaken to study the situation of the sectoral developments in line with the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

As a result of the project implementation, a final package of proposals will be submitted to the Government, the National Commission on the issues of Children with Disabilities, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and the Regional Commission for targeted use.
