In Tavush region, as a rule, the principle of targeting, accessibility and adequacy of provision of social services are not always maintained, the quality and effectiveness of services provided to the population by “The Regional Social Assistance Agency” and community social workers are still low, the norms of decent behavior are not always maintained by them / the quality of the services provided does not correspond to the new requirements conditioned by the change in the situation in the republic.
In the Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia it is envisaged to contribute to the implementation of the right of social protection of the population, improvement of the quality and efficiency of the services provided and the maintenance of the employees’ compliance with the norms of goodwill.
