Arthur Gomktsyan, a representative from the Agricultural Alliance, presnted their project entitled “Participatory Policies – Sustainable Agriculture.”
A dialogue took place between local government and CSO representatives. The topic was whether the SME strategy should be a general document or it should be composed based on the development visions of separate branches.
The participants attached importance to the implementation of monitoring, which must serve as a basis for the development of a new SME strategy in the future. The problems of farm economies were also discussed both in the scope of tax regulations and the introduction of technical stations in rural communities.
