The RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has drafted the RA Law “On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia”, which was submitted to the public discussion on 24.10.2017. The Armenian Lawyers’ Association has elaborated recommendations on making amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia.
