Having strong anti-corruption instruments, strategies, if they are not implemented, the expectations of the public are not fulfilled and some time later a new strategy is being written; actions are written and it is indicated that they had been implemented; however no a major change in public life occur. In the new situation created in Armenia, it is very important to learn lessons from the past and avoid mistakes when developing a new strategy,” Mr. Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association, “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project Manager stated at the two-day international conference the “RA Anti-Corruption Strategy under International Experience”.
