On 15 March 2019, in the scope of a sub-grant allocated in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union, Gayane Balayan had a meeting with Valeri Jaghinyan, the head of the Social Security Section, Healthcare and Social Security Department of the Lori Regional Administration Staff. Gayane is the Project Manager of the project entitled “We Are Full Members” and operated by the consortium of the “Argina” Cultural NGO and “Inter-Community Cooperation for the Development of Rural Communities” NGO.
Valeri Jaghinyan is also the secretary of the regional commission dealing with issues of disabled persons.
“We Are Full Members” Project Manager Gayane Balayan presented to Valeri Jaghinyan the main goal of the project. She also asked to help her to organise a meeting with the members of the Commission for Disabled Persons.
Valeri Jaghinyan welcomed the project implemented and presented the order of organising meetings with the members of the commission.
The objective of the “We Are Full Members” Project is to improve the activities of the community support centres in the Lori Region by suggesting efficient solutions to the problems revealed through monitoring, paying attention also to the accessibility and targeted character of the services for children with disabilities in those centres.
