The “Open Borders” Institute of Peace, Democracy and Development NGO is focused on the realization of human rights, as well as the rights and equality of women with special attention, the creation of a just, equitable and sustainable democratic system through non-formal education. The objective of the organization is to develop public awareness in education and to help young people take an active part in public, social and economic life, make their voice heard to decision-making circles in these areas. To achieve its goal, the organization creates dialogue platforms for young decision makers to create a peaceful, tolerant, equitable, democratic and just society with transparent governance. The organization seeks to develop a public policy and improvement program in the field of education, as direct regulation of the sector and resolution of issues are in the interests of the organization’s stakeholders. It is very important for us to create favourable conditions for young people, so that they can compete in both the domestic, and foreign labour market, as well as to be employers and job creators. We consider high quality and competitive education to be the cornerstone of all this. And in order to be completely successful, we need to make changes in the education sector by implementing reforms from secondary schools to higher education institutions. We will provide a concrete solution to our problem at every step, while ensuring a transparent and effective operation.
