On 6 September, 2019, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia published for public discussion the “Republic of Armenia Government’s draft decision on approving the 2019-2023 Strategy for Judicial and Legal reforms in the Republic of Armenia and the issuing from it action plans” on e-draft.am – the unified website for publication of legal acts drafts.
The CSOs Anti-Corruption Coalition of Armenia and the Armenian Lawyers’ Association have presented expert opinion, comments and recommendations on these drafts, which can be found here. (Available in Armenian language)
