On August 14, a working meeting with representatives of coalitions/networks implementing sub-grant projects in 9 target areas of CCD Project was held in the Central Office of the Armenian lawyers’ association NGO in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project
The meeting was aimed to discuss the process, successes and challenges of implementation of sub-grant projects, and the possibilities for their more efficient and targeted implementation.
President of the Armenian lawyers Association Mr. Karen Zadoyan, the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” Project Manager, as well as the ALA experts involved in the projects and the representatives of partner organisations the Armenian Centre for Democratic Education-CIVITAS, the International Centre for Human Development, the SME Cooperation Association and the Union of Communities of Armenia and also the responsible persons from all coalition / network implementing sub-grant projects attended the meeting.
During the meeting the representatives of coalition/network presented the projects which they implemented through the slides, the steps to create/strengthen the coalitions, monitoring tools, the developed concepts, the results of the meetings with various departments. Further the participants discussed the possibilities for cooperation, mutual assistance, more efficient organization of the events as well as the organization of such meetings in the near future.
At the end of the meeting, the relevant experts presented the findings and recommendations related to the monitoring and evaluation of the projects’ implemented as well as their findings and recommendation related to Financial issues and Reporting.
