On 11 April 2018, a seminar on the topic “RA Law on Equality: Emphasis in the Law on Persons with Disabilities” was held at the Kapan CSO Incubator in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project. In the beginning, the incubator participants introduced themselves, after which Marat Atovmyan, the head of the project mentors group and the justice and related sectors mentor, presented the topic in the format of a seminar-lecture.
The participating CSO representatives asked the trainer their questions on the topic.
The discussion was very active.
Civil society organizations (CSO) incubators are aimed at promoting CSO capacity building and enhancing efficiency of their activities.
CSO incubators’ mission is to provide professional and technical assistance to Armenian CSOs to develop their capacities in 9 target sectors and 4 thematic areas listed below:
- Monitoring of Public Budgets and Policies;
- Development of Evidence based policies;
- Creation and/or Development of Coalition,
- Constructive participation/dialogue with the government and local self-governance bodies in public policy development the process.
