Aiming at the special goal of “protection of the rights and interests of disabled persons” of the “Human Rights: Monitoring and Publicity” project funded by the EU-financed “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project, the “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities” NGO for Disabled Persons, a member of the “For Equal Rights” coalition, is carrying out monitoring of physical environment accessibility in 15 pre-selected institutions of Vanadzor. The monitoring has already been undertaken in the Lori Marz Administration, Vanadzor City Hall, Vanadzor Branch of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Lori Marz Unit of the RA Real Estate Cadastre Committee, Vanadzor Office of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service, Vanadzor Office of the Passport and Visa Department, Vanadzor Territorial Unit of Social Security Service, Common Jurisdiction Court of the Lori Marz and one of the notary offices. The employees of the mentioned institutions supported the monitoring process to the extent possible.
