On 18 and 19 October 2018, community discussions were held in Meghri and Goris cities in the scope of the “Budget for All” sub-grant project implemented by “WINNET Armenia” Network of Women Resource Centers. This is a sub-grant project of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.
Discussions were held by the International Center for Human Development in the Town Hall Meeting format.
Please note that, prior to the discussion, information had been received from the Meghri and Goris community administrations on the projects planned for 2019 and funded or co-funded from the community budget.
Based on the above-mentioned projects, scenarios were developed. They were later discussed with citizens of the enlarged Meghri and Goris communities who represented different organisations and had various occupations.
Employees of community administrations, administrative leaders and city council members participated in the discussions.
