On 19 October 2018, a seminar entitled “Public Budget and Policy Monitoring, Development of Evidence-Based Public Policies, Coalition Building, CSO-Government Dialogue” was held at the office of the “Goris Women’s Resource Centre” non-governmental organisation for the Kapan CSO Incubator operated in the scope of the “Commitment to Constructive Dialogue” project funded by the European Union.
The training was conducted by project mentors’ group coordinator/justice sector mentor Marat Atovmyan.
After the end of the lecture, project international expert Carl Ulbricht presented to the incubator member CSOs the public policy monitoring and improvement (development, revision and advocacy) sub-grant call. He also discussed with the CSO representatives the sub-grant proposal form.
Incubators of civil society organisations (CSO) are aimed at contributing to CSO capacity building and increasing the efficiency of their activities.
